4. Mobile Notary Services

For mobile notary services, clients must provide accurate location details. Additional fees may apply for mobile services depending on the location and availability. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

5. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing valid and complete documents for notarization. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all signers are present and have valid identification at the time of notarization. Failure to provide proper documentation or identification may result in refusal of service.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and take reasonable measures to safeguard your personal information. Any personal information provided will be used solely for the purposes of providing notary services. We do not share or sell your information to third parties without your consent unless required by law.

7. Service Availability

Our office is open 7 days a week, but we reserve the right to modify our hours of operation or close for holidays or unforeseen events. We will notify clients of any changes to our hours or service availability when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we take care to provide accurate and reliable notary services, 7 Days Notary Public & Apostille is not responsible for any consequences arising from the use or reliance on notarized documents. We do not offer legal advice and cannot guarantee the acceptance of documents by third parties.

In no event shall 7 Days Notary Public & Apostille be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be handled through informal negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in the state of Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
